“Diversity doesn’t look like anyone. It looks like everyone.” -Karen Draper (Writer ‘The Place of Us’)

Our mission is to CHAMPION the voices and experiences of diverse individuals, integrating authentic peer support to ensure culturally responsive and empathetic care. We believe in the power of shared experiences to inspire trust and resilience. By centering peer-led programming, we create pathways to healing that is rooted in community, understanding and lived wisdom.

We know that representation matters.

Our team is composed of professionals and peer supports who reflect the communities we serve—BIPOC, LGBTQ+, justice-involved, unhoused, those living with mental health diagnoses and those from varied socioeconomic backgrounds. This ensures our programs are shaped by lived experience and resonate with the people we serve.
